Legal Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before booking your adventure with Jefferson State Outfitters.
By booking a trip or participating in any activity offered by Jefferson State Outfitters ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and participants who access our services, including but not limited to white water rafting, fishing trips, and equipment rentals.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment is due prior to the start of your trip.
For our complete cancellation and refund policy, please visit our Policies page.
IMPORTANT: Participation in adventure activities such as white water rafting and fishing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: drowning, hypothermia, injury from equipment, wildlife encounters, and other hazards.
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activity. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks involved and release Jefferson State Outfitters, its owners, employees, and guides from liability for injuries or damages that may occur.
Participants must be in adequate physical condition and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unfit to participate safely.
All participants must follow the instructions of our guides at all times. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the trip without refund.
The use of alcohol or drugs before or during activities is strictly prohibited. Participants who appear to be under the influence may be denied participation without refund.
River conditions, weather, and water levels may require us to modify, reschedule, or cancel trips for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to conditions beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We do not provide refunds for trips that proceed as scheduled, even if conditions affect the experience (e.g., lower water levels, rain during the trip).
We may take photographs or videos during trips for promotional purposes. By participating in our activities, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials, social media, and our website.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the trip.
